For companies

Healthy ways of working for teams, managers and companies

We advise companies and teach teams and managers methods for organising their work well over the long term. Our topics are healthy ways of working, communication and collaboration, healthy leadership, New Work and change management.

For this we offer team workshops, a leadership programme, organisational consulting, coaching and consulting for your situation. Each team sets its own rules, and after six weeks we review together whether they hold up in everyday work.

  • companies with 30 to 300 employees
  • online, in English or German
  • on site in Germany only

Starting point

Does this sound familiar?

  • Meetings fill the calendar, but decisions remain open.

  • Responsibilities are unclear, and tasks end up with the most committed people.

  • Information gets lost between teams, locations and channels.

  • Hybrid work, new tools and AI are changing how people work together, without anyone having set rules for it.

  • Changes are announced but not put into practice in everyday work.

  • There have already been seminars or programmes on company culture. Afterwards, much stayed as it was.

This is rarely down to individual people. Usually what is missing are shared methods and clear agreements on how a team works, communicates and decides.

Approach

One method, one agreement, one review.

  • One method.

Something each person can apply in their everyday work from the next day, for example for priorities, meetings or focus time.

  • One agreement.

Rules that the team sets itself and that its manager is the first to sign.

  • One review.

After six weeks we use metrics to review together whether the rules are being followed and are working, and adjust them where needed.

Where more than one team is involved, we also advise on roles, responsibilities and meeting and decision-making structures. For every recommendation we check how it affects employees’ everyday work.

We do not offer psychological counselling, psychotherapy or health courses, and we do not assess individual employees.

Frequently asked questions

  • What does working with you cost?

The costs depend on the service, the size of the team and the scope. After the first conversation you receive a written quote with all services and costs.

  • Is the first conversation free of charge?

Yes. The first conversation takes 30 minutes and is without obligation.

  • Which companies are the services intended for?

For companies and organisations with 30 to 300 employees, above all for departments with office, project and knowledge work. We work with companies outside Germany online, in English or German. On-site appointments are currently available in Germany only.

  • How do you see whether something has changed?

Before the start we collect a few metrics, for example how many undisturbed hours each person has per week, how many meetings end with a decision and how many change initiatives are running in parallel. After six weeks we collect them again and compare the values.

  • Do employee representatives have to be involved?

That depends on the project and on the rules in your country. If rules concern working hours or mobile work, for example, a works council in Germany can have a right of co-determination. We recommend involving your employee representatives before the start, and we present the process and the materials to them. The employer conducts the consultation itself.
