Change management: implementing change together
Restructuring, growth, new systems, AI: many companies are driving several changes forward at the same time. Whether they succeed depends on the teams’ everyday work: on whether those affected are involved, whether roles and processes are clear and whether there is time for implementation alongside day-to-day business.
We support change with methods from change management and organisational development. We provide an overview of all ongoing initiatives, involve those affected, communicate clearly and embed new ways of working in everyday work.
Starting point
Typical starting points.
Several change initiatives are running in parallel, and no one has an overview.
Changes are announced but not put into practice in everyday work.
Employees do not support the changes or openly reject them.
After growth or a merger, roles and processes no longer fit.
Earlier programmes on company culture have changed little.
Our approach
What we change together.
Overview.
Recording all ongoing initiatives, setting priorities and establishing how many changes a team can implement at the same time.
Involvement.
Those affected develop proposals by consent: a proposal is considered adopted when no one has a reasoned objection. Whether and how it is implemented is your decision.
Communication.
Informing in good time and in plain terms: what is changing, why, what stays the same and who decides.
Structures.
Adapting roles, responsibilities and meeting and decision-making structures to the new situation.
Company culture.
Making visible the unwritten rules that everyone acts on, and replacing obstructive rules with explicit agreements.
Results
What you have afterwards.
All ongoing change initiatives have been recorded and prioritised.
Roles and responsibilities are clarified and documented.
Those affected have helped develop the solutions.
One person in the company carries the work forward after our support ends.
Frequently asked questions
Do you take over change management for us?
We advise and support, and you make the decisions. At the end there is a person in your company who carries the work forward.
How is the work billed?
In organisational consulting, we offer the initial analysis at a fixed price. We estimate the effort for the following phases on the basis of this analysis. After each phase you decide whether to continue.
