Consulting for your situation
Not every concern fits a workshop or a programme. Some questions touch several topics at once, and with some it is not yet clear at the outset where the cause lies. For these we offer consulting without a fixed format.
First we get an overview of your situation. Then we work with you, by the day, on what emerges from it.

Process
First we take stock, then we advise.
Taking stock.
We talk to the people involved and look at how work is done, how people communicate and how decisions are made in your department. The quote states the estimated scope.
Assessment.
You receive a written assessment: what we found, where we see the causes and which next steps we recommend.
Consulting.
Then we work by the day on what you choose from the assessment. After each step you decide whether and how to continue.
A suitable service.
If it turns out that one of our other services fits better, for example a team workshop or support over three months, we suggest it.
Here too, for every recommendation we check how it affects employees’ everyday work. The employees affected help develop the solutions, and we do not assess individual employees.
Scope and costs
Quote after the first conversation
We bill at a day rate. The quote states the day rate and the estimated scope of the stocktaking. Travel costs for on-site appointments are charged separately.
Frequently asked questions
How does this differ from organisational consulting?
Organisational consulting has a defined subject: roles, structures and collaboration. It runs in phases, the first being an analysis at a fixed price. Consulting for your situation is open. We begin by taking stock and work on what emerges from it.
Do we have to book a certain number of days?
No. You first commission the stocktaking and then decide whether and to what extent to continue. If you need regular support over a longer period, a block of 8 to 16 consulting days is the better fit.
What does a consulting day cost?
We state the day rate in the quote after the first conversation.
